公开招聘，希望海大的毕业生中有感兴趣的，并能申请此位置。此位置目前的合同是两年，期望根据个人的工作业绩，可以续签合同。

此位置主要涉及干散货方面的海事政策研究、航运市场分析、航线分析等。研究的领域是东盟以印尼和巴布亚新几内亚为开始。由于涉及干散货运输，可能安排被雇员的人员到船上短期实习，熟悉船上货运方面的公司(不是船舶操作方面工作)，所以可能男生更适合此工作。

这个岗位目前是要协助我的工作，研究工作为主，也承担我分管的其他方面的工作任务。也许将来直接到从事干散货运输的部门工作。希望是获得万邦奖学金的学生入选，但由于这些学生人数有限，同等机会也将给其他海大的学生包括本科生。此岗位的人员面试、雇佣由万邦人事部门负责。申请人员的CV，我将转万邦人事部，由他们初步筛选，之后对shortlist者安排面试。请先看看学生们是否有兴趣，之后我们再联系如何提交申请和CV.

主要职责是：


1) Collect/summarize valuable information among massive amounts of information.


2) Refer to and introduce the outcome of the research to/from the members of the teams of a working group (***U, Hong Kong PolyU香港理工大学 and IMC), and liaison and work with them to best use the resources of the research.

3) Assist the WG Coordinator in carrying out the research and other related work requested by WG

能力方面的要求:
1) Understand global shipping environment especially on break bulk sectors;
2) Be able to refer to and introduce the outcome of the research to the members of the teams, and liaison and work with them to best use the resources of the research;
3) Has shipping related degree, and preferable a few year working experiences (abt 3 years), with potential to contribute to the long term IMC business on break bulk;
4) Expected to be full time assisting the leader in carrying out the research and other related work;
5) Good at research jobs including desk top research and interview of contacts in shipping sector;
6) Good communication skill and team work capability;
7) Be able to take workload and meet deadlines;
Be able to use English as working language in IMC.
